About Surrey Care Association

Surrey Care Association (SCA) was established nearly 20 years ago. We are a not-for-profit organisation which works to support social care providers in the county of Surrey, so that they in turn can offer the best possible services to the people they care for and support.

SCA is also an active participant of a number of regional and national groups, giving us access to policy and decision makers, and key business intelligence that is of relevance to SCA members and the companies which provide goods and services to the social care sector.

Our work includes three key areas:

1. Representing providers of social care and support in Surrey by developing a clear voice for the sector we represent and influencing policy decisions using the expertise and insights of our members.
2. Delivering our offer to members by providing information on policy and regulation developments, best practice, workforce issues and business-related products and services, specialist advice and resources
3. Ensuring SCA is a sustainable and effective organization by having a diverse income. Our main funding sources are membership fees and sponsorship.

Our Reach

SCA represents over 220 organisations with over 440 main service locations.

Our members include residential and nursing homes, supported living services, supported housing providers and home care providers. They offer over 7,000 care home beds, and support thousands more people in their own homes.

We engage regularly with our members through our network meetings, members’ surveys, visits, workshops and one to one conversations, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to help them meet these and ensure that your services and offers are put in front of the right audience.

We have a range of Sponsorship options and are happy to work with you to tailor these to your requirements. We really value long term relationships with our Sponsors.

These give you access to our members via our regular SCA communications, sponsor specific comms, network meetings (‘on line’ and ‘in person’), exhibitor stands at our bi-annual Conferences and sponsorship of our Annual Awards.
