Ginny joined the SCA as Workforce Manager in early 2024, from a national charity. With a background in championing community services, increasing member engagement, and delivering vocational training, Ginny is experienced in helping practitioners deliver high quality services. She currently oversees a programme of activity that supports members to maintain and develop their workforce.
Ginny is a Trustee of Healthwatch Kingston-upon-Thames, where she serves as People Lead. She is also a volunteer for her local Good Neighbours scheme, arranging transportation to medical and hospital appointments for those in need.
