Ginny is our Workforce Manager. Ginny Collins joined the SCA Team in early 2024 and comes with a wealth of background in vocational training, public speaking and presenting. Says Ginny: ‘I’m delighted to be a part of Surrey Care Association at such a pivotal moment for adult social care as it campaigns for the meaningful recognition of those working in the sector. My background is in giving practitioners the help and support they need to deliver high quality services, be that through training, mentoring, or professional development opportunities. My role in SCA is to continue to deliver benefits to its members, and to help strengthen and support Surrey’s dedicated and much valued workforce.’
