Nicola is our CEO and joined SCA in August 2023. Nicola brings with her more than 15 years of social care experience and has held various leadership positions at Kent County Council, where she worked with care homes, day services, home based care and support programmes to aid people in maintaining their independence. Nicola has a firm belief that partnership and genuine collaboration are the keys to ensuring a successful health and social care system in Surrey, as well as regionally and nationally. Nicola is particularly passionate about supporting providers and the people who access social care services and ensuring that their voices are heard.
