Big name jobs sites attract applicants, but if you’re over or underwhelmed by the quality or number of candidates, consider this:
Generic job boards equal more applications overall, but social care job sites attract people genuinely wanting to work in social care, and they’re free to use. Ours is Proud to Care (Surrey) and over the coming months we’ll be promoting your vacancy posts across social media to boost applications.
To cover all bases, we recommend listing vacancies on the DWP’s free ‘find a job’ site too. An extensive multi-media promotional campaign runs until the end of March, so post your vacancies now.
