Our beliefs, approach and above all the caring and compassionate nature of everyone who works with us are consistently recognised in the excellent feedback we receive from clients and the Care Quality Commission (current rating “Outstanding”), we have also recently received the award of Home Care Provider of the year at the 2019 Surrey Care association awards (Nov 2019).

We believe this is best achieved with time and regular contact. So we always give our caregivers time to care, to really make a difference. All our visits are for two hours or longer so are never rushed and we believe this gives time for meaningful relationships to develop. We look to individually match our caregivers to the person that they see based on the support that is required but as importantly personality and interests. Our visits are scheduled from once a week to several times a day.

As we discuss and understand your care and support needs we’ll look at different options together before reaching the solution that’s right for you. We can provide all your support needs, compliment other services, or provide respite for family carers. In addition, all of our caregivers are local people and car drivers with business class insurance so they can take you out into the community for social activities or tasks (such as shopping) if that is something that you would like.
