Nicola Pye

Nicola Pye works with changemakers: the CEOs, founders and senior teams of charities, social enterprises and purpose-driven businesses who carry the weight of a mission every day. As a leadership coach and culture consultant she helps them lead with clarity and energy, build teams that stay connected to why the work matters, and have the brave conversations that move things forward. She has worked with many adult care providers, from large national operators to charities and not-for-profit trusts, and understands the unique pressures of leading in the sector. Leaders she has worked with describe her as bringing commercial sharpness, healthy challenge, and a lot of laughter, while feeling like part of the team. Before setting up her own practice she spent 22 years at EY, much of it in learning, leadership development, and coaching, progressing to Global Talent Director. She is also the researcher behind The Purpose Papers, three published articles drawn from interviews with more than 40 purpose-driven leaders, exploring what it really takes to lead with purpose and the cost of getting it wrong.
