Jag Yogarajah is a dedicated leader with a decade of experience in governance, strategy, and operational management within the social care sector. Leveraging her background in financial services, she has successfully established and managed Home Instead, a best-in-class Home Care provider in Kent, and leads strategic initiatives as Chair of the Board at a Reigate based residential home, Ridgegate Home. Jag’s passion for elderly care stems from her childhood experiences living with her grandparents, inspiring her commitment to enhancing care services.
Jag is pleased to have joined Surrey Care Association at the end of 2024, recognising its vital role in supporting the sustainability and resilience of care providers, driving collaboration, and advocating for high-quality care across Surrey. She believes SCA is essential for ensuring the sector has a strong voice and has the tools needed to tackle the current sector challenges and deliver excellent care.
As a Surrey resident and mother of two, Jag is devoted to improving the lives of older adults and ensuring the care sector thrives for future generations.
