Our new films about social care have just launched, and we wanted our members to be the first to know!
We hope the films will inspire people to seek a career in social care and support the sector.
Over the next few months, we’ll be promoting these to target audiences to change perceptions and appeal to people looking for incredibly rewarding work.
The films are a powerful demonstration of the range of roles available across the sector, and the opportunities to develop a career.
We’ve focused first on frontline care roles, from support worker to senior leader. A set of films featuring non-frontline roles, including chef, HR officer, and housekeeper, are coming soon!
