As well as training, there is the Surrey Improvers Network – a regular improvers’ network where people with an interest in improvement can meet via Teams and share best practice, network and seek peer support. For more information contact [email protected].

Do you want to find a way to do things better? Start by really understanding the problem that you are trying to solve. This 45 minute virtual session on root-cause analysis will explain how to use a fishbone diagram, and the ‘5 whys’ to consider your problem from a variety of perspectives and build better solutions.
